A space to feel heard.
Sometimes life can feel difficult to navigate. I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space to explore what’s going on for you, understand how you’re feeling and find a way forward, at your own pace.
A little about me
Hello, I’m Abigail.
I have a background working with people across different ages, circumstances and stages of life. My experience includes supporting families, working with Special Educational Needs (SEN), wellbeing and workplace settings, as well as providing therapeutic support across a range of mental health services.
These experiences have given me a broad perspective on the different challenges people can face and the ways these can impact our lives. My aim is to offer a space where you can feel understood and supported.

You don’t have to have all the answers.
People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons, including:
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Depression
- Low self-esteem
- OCD
- PTSD
- Grief and loss
- Life transitions
- Workplace difficulties
- Other challenges
What does therapy look like?
We can explore what has brought you to therapy and what you’d like to achieve. Together, we can decide whether counselling or cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) feels most appropriate for you.
You don’t need a diagnosis or a label to come to therapy. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, and we can review what feels helpful as we go.
Ask about an introductory call ↗

Fees and first steps.
I offer a free introductory phone call, so we can have a brief chat, answer questions and see whether it feels like the right fit.

Whenever you’re ready.
Taking the first step can feel daunting. If you’d like to ask a question or arrange a free 10-minute introductory call, you’re welcome to get in touch.
